This house is beautiful, in our favorite location on Kaua’i. Our group of 8, three generations, ages 7-74, had plenty of room. So many beach items and a wagon to carry it all. Also, 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped a lot. It was a great week! So many memories made!

I’ve stayed in over 20 Airbnb‘s and this was by far my favorite. It’s a well appointed beach house right next to the most magical beach for children on the whole island. We got to spend time with sea turtles and seals without getting in the car. The house itself is wonderful and green, with two giant mature mango trees in the yard. You feel like you’re in your own private oasis despite its walkable location. We walked to coffee, great eats, the beach, and even our surf lesson. The house is made for outdoor living and having two washer dryers was great for my family of five. Couldn’t recommend more 10 out of 10!

It was a nice clean home with plenty of room. We especially loved walking to the beach everyday.

We are a family of 8 and we found this property to be ideal. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities. PIKO was very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a great time!

The home is perfectly situated. 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious for our family of 8. Outdoor dining and grill were used every night. Hot tub was a nice getaway. So close to the beach without the hustle and bustle—perfect balance of so close yet so apart. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location in Poipu. I’ve bookmarked this property and will recommend to all my friends traveling in large groups. Plenty of room, space, and privacy for a family of 6 or 7. Don’t hesitate to book this gem.

A beautiful, secluded, quiet home and yard for our 3 family(5 adult+1 teen+1 toddler) family vacation! Mom, dad and 1 year old in the west end room equipped with a counter/sink, plenty of space for the pack 'n play sleep bed, and a wrap around porch for fresh air! 3 other bedrooms for the grandma, the teen, and the other parents. Grandma loved sitting out every morning to watch the sun come up between the trees and the chickens and birds running around the yard, and in the evenings the stars were lovely. The living/dining area are spacious with plenty of seating for all to hang out. Each bedroom had own a/c- great for the different preferences for room comfort! The outside area is amazing for grilling and eating outdoors, lounging in the hot tub or sprawling out on the couches, or playing corn hole in the yard. The Poipu beach area where there is protected water and the sea turtles sleep was an easy 3 minute walk. So close and so fun to walk down at night to see stars and hear waves!

This home is so beautiful and roomy, The outdoor down stairs area was fantastic for evening meals. This was absolutley to best decision to rent here.

We had an amazing stay. It was the perfect house for our multi generational family trip. The location was incredible! We were 1 block from Poipu Beach and a great surf shop. I highly recommend this spot for families and kids.

Prices are high in Hawaii but we had a large extended family and the living area, downstairs patio, hot tub, multiple balconies, spacious yard and quick 2 minute walk to the beach made me feel good about spending a little more than I anticipated. All three generations were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the ability of our crew to walk to the beach on their own schedules was key our successful week. There is a lot to do all right there or a short drive away.

Sickest spot in Kauai.

Amazing location. Quiet, but the beach just down the street. Variety of beaches. Everyone had what they wanted from the 2 year old to the boogie boarders. Comfortable beds, AC worked. Would come again! We stayed with 4 kids and 4 adults. Worked wonderfully.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We were 8 people, ranging from 8-70. The house was spacious, comfortable & very clean. There were plenty of towels, bathroom toiletries & beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked & the hot tub, BBQ and fire pit were a plus. It was a very short, easy walk to the beach which was awesome! My only caution would be that the stairs might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We hope to be back in Kauai soon and would definitely stay there again

Absolutely perfect place for a larger family! We had two adults, three teens, and two grandparents and there was *tons* of room for everyone and no one felt like they were in top of one another. One end of the house is its own little suite, with a king bed, TV, full bath, and kitchenette area perfect for the grandparents who wake early and didn’t want to disturb the others while still making coffee and having breakfast. The house feels incredibly private, the yard is huge, the are under the house has a great outdoor table for 8, and the hot tub is fun on cooler nights. Kitchen gf everything you’d ever require. And you are literally 400 yards from Poipu and Brenneckes beaches. Seriously just a wonderful place and made for an incredible vacation!

We loved staying here and would stay again! My family (2 kiddos - 4yo & 6 month old) + my sister were here for a week. The place was better than the pictures which is rare… the house was spacious and easy for us to spread out with all of our kiddo things. We had breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen was great for that. Plus we didn’t realize that the fourth bedroom was basically its own little (connected) apartment so that worked great for my sister. There is AC in each room and it cools them really quickly. The outside space and yard is huge and we spent a lot of time out there. Best of all though, is how close the house is to the beach!! About a three minute walk - can’t beat it! Everything else (grocery, food carts, restaurants) is close by car. We look forward to visiting again!

What a great home! We’ve stayed on Kauai, in Poipu, many times over the years. We decided to try something new and am so glad we did. It was such a great rental, the perfect location, spacious, clean, well appointed, beautifully maintained grounds, private, and felt like home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great communication and helpful with turning on the fire pit. Bonus…fresh and plentiful mangos! Mahalo!
