Pili Mai 5G

Property accommodated our family very well. Great floor plan with comfortable space and kept clean. Only downside was that the kiddie pool and hot tub was supposed to be complete prior to our stay, but it was still blocked off. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Great location, quiet and clean and easy access to a lot of family friendly activities on the island. Would love to stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at 5G! The place was so comfortable and relaxing for our family (including kids). The decor and furniture contributed to us feeling right at home. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella for days at the beach! Easy walk to the pool and the grounds are well kept. We hope to come back to 5G on our next trip to Kauai!

Could use more towles and blankets, and not having a close designated parking space can be a frustration but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Loved our stay! Super clean and relaxing! Strong AC! It’s a short jog to the beach (can run to Poipu or Baby Beach—a touch over a mile I think). I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the beach with my toddler because the roads are pretty busy without true sidewalks (there is a grassy shoulder tho). The only thing that I would recommend packing if you have littles is a travel blackout curtain, as the curtains are translucent. Everything else is pretty much taken care of! 🙂 Loved our stay!!!

We had such a fantastic stay at the Pili Mai! The location was wonderful and the house had everything our family of 6 needed for the week. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, it was great to have a washer and dryer and having beach chairs and an umbrella to use all week was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our morning walks to the beach. Our family hopes to return someday!

Beautiful place, bigger than the pictures show. Clean, well set up, nice condo community. Safe and quiet area. Unit is very close to pool/hot tub. Host was so responsive and helpful! Would stay again, had plenty of space for our party of 6 (including 3 kids). Kiddos loved the place as well!

We’ve stayed at 5 different Pili Mai condos over time and this had the least noise from the chickens and the best bidet :). This was a new Airbnb listing when we rented and everything was new and clean.

The townhouse was beautiful, clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay here again because the location was perfect for all our activities. And we felt at home here.

I was very impressed with PIKO’s hospitality and responsiveness. They were extremely accommodating and we loved staying at the place. Even when there was an unprecedented island wide black out they went out of their way to drop off flashlights and spare batteries for us. The unit itself was great and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely book again!

We were honored to be the first guest at Pili Mai 5G, and we were amazed by the quality of the unit. It was brand new, and the pictures don't do it justice! We did our best to take care of the property for future guests because we know it will be a hit for all who stay there. PIKO Realty was very responsive to our questions, and they even arranged to bring us more blankets since the AC was so effective! The pictures of the unit don't convey just how much space there is, and the upstairs (primary bathroom) shower is HUGE! The unit is a 2-level unit on the second floor of the building, but you would never know you were on a higher floor until you looked outside. It felt very homey and met all of our needs. Visitor parking was easy to find and always available. We can't wait to come back and stay even longer!
